Purna Bahadur Bhlon had sought a recommendation from the ward office, mentioning his mother's name as Uma Devi Gurung. When the ward office issued the land deed on 18 Mangsir 2080, Ram Bahadur Nyasur and others had issued the land deed stating that Purna Bahadur's mother was Uma Devi.
Based on the land registry, the ward office had recommended that Purna Bahadur's mother was Umadevi. Based on the same recommendation, the land in Umadevi's name was transferred to Purna Bahadur's name. However, the court has ruled that Purna Bahadur's real mother is Kanchhi Maya Blon.
