The Armed Police Force has seized a mini tipper vehicle carrying Chinese groceries that were being brought in without a bill, invoice, and customs declaration form in the Bahrabise Bazaar area of ​​Bahrabise Municipality-4.

According to Achyut Kumar Majgaiya, Superintendent of Police of Armed Police Force No. 16 Headquarters, Bandeu, on Monday night at around 11:45, a mini tipper (Ba 4 Kha 5864) coming from Tatopani towards Khadichaur was stopped during an inspection and Chinese groceries were found without the necessary documents.

According to him, the driver of the vehicle, Shivlal Tamang, 36, of Mandra, Bahrabise Municipality-6, carrying groceries worth approximately Rs. 722,010, was taken into custody along with the vehicle.

The Lamosanghu Armed Police Force has taken the vehicle into custody and the estimated value of the vehicle is Rs. 1.5 million. The total estimated value of the seized goods and vehicle is Rs. 2.222,010.

The seized goods and vehicles have been handed over to the Tatopani Customs Office for necessary action, according to the District Police Office, Sindhupalchowk.
