A man who was in custody was found dead in the toilet of the Mangaltar Police Office at 3 am on Monday, said Ishwor Karki, Chief Police Inspector of the Area Police Office at Mangaltar. According to him, a complaint was filed against 21-year-old Dut Raj Tamang of Roshi Rural Municipality Ward No. 12 on charges of theft. He was arrested on Sunday and taken into custody for investigation into the case.
He was found dead in the toilet at 3 am on Monday, said Police Inspector Karki.
