Navajivan Jyoti Puskalayal, located in Chaughada, Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-6, has launched a book collection campaign.

Under the book collection campaign, former member secretary of Pashupati Area Development Fund, lifelong member of the club and Sanskrit scholar Dr. Govinda Tandon has donated 306 books. 

Dr. Tandon handed over the books twice in a week.

Club President Raj Kumar Bastola, National Examination Board Hetauda Chief Badri Bahadur Pathak, Vansh Gopal High School Chaughada Former Principal Ramesh Prasad Lamichhane, Rani Community Forest Group President Keshav Dhital, Advisor Arjun Prasad Chaulagain, among others, handed over the books during a ceremony on Saturday.

Club Secretary Rajkumar Phuyal said that his support has helped the club in its campaign to collect books to operate a library.

Established in 2047 BS, the club had launched a needle campaign to control plastic. The club has been emphasizing the culture of reading since its inception.
