The Makawanpur District Court has remanded two youths in custody for remand on charges of arson at the house of former Bagmati Province Chief Minister Dormani Poudel in Nawalpur, Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-11, during the Gen-G movement.
The court of District Court Makawanpur Judge Nirmala Sharma Subedi on Sunday ordered the remand of Surendra Rana Magar, 37, of Hetauda-11, and Sujan Adhikari, 36, of the same place, on charges of vandalizing and arson at the house of former Chief Minister Poudel.
Both have been sent to the Bhimphedi Regional Jail as per the court order. Rana Magar and Adhikari were arrested by the police on Kartik 28 on charges of vandalizing and arson at the house of former Chief Minister Poudel on Bhadra 24.
