Makawanpur police have arrested two youths with brown heroin. The arrested have been identified as the motorcycle driver, Sunil Acharya, 30, of Nijgadh Municipality-7, Bara, and the motorcycle rider, Kiran Karki, 31, of Nijgadh-8.
While stopping and checking a motorcycle (No. M. Pr. 03-032 Pa 3017) coming from Bastipur towards Levat in Tintapke, Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-3 along the East-West Highway, the police had seized 1 gram and 4 milligrams of brown heroin from the motorcycle driver Acharya and the rider Karki behind the motorcycle.
The recovered brown heroin was found packed in 25 plastic bags, said Pushkar Bogati, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Makawanpur.
