Ramkrishna Neupane, 35, of Dhuskun, Tripurasundari Rural Municipality-3, who had absconded without serving the 15-year prison sentence imposed by the court, has been arrested. A team led by Police Inspector Krishna Khadka of the Barhabise District Police Office arrested him from his own village.
'The absconder was arrested based on special sources and information,' Inspector Khadka said. Neupane had absconded from Sundhara Jagannath Dewal Prison in Kathmandu on Bhadra 24.
According to the police, he has been arrested and sent to the Chandanbari District Prison to serve the remaining sentence.
