The statement issued at night states that candidatures have been invited for the proportional system. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has stated that it will ensure 27 percent representation for Gen-G youth between the ages of 25 and 40 in the proportional closed list based on their population.
Similarly, the party has adopted a policy of ensuring 10 percent representation for Nepalis returning from abroad. The party has also made arrangements that those elected through proportional representation in the 2079 BS elections will not be on the closed list this time.
The meeting has revised the criteria for candidacy. These include self-declaration of legal clarity of marital status, self-declaration of verification of educational certificates, and not having committed hate speech, abuse, or insults that are publicly proven, including online.
A self-declaration that has not insulted anyone on the basis of caste and gender and that has not exploited vulnerable groups is also required. Similarly, the expanded meeting has added to the criteria that it is mandatory to self-declare a transparent source of regular income that meets the basic needs of oneself and one's family while being a member of the House of Representatives.
The party has stated that it will also address the cluster-based demographic ratio in the province. The meeting has called on all parties to participate in the elections despite their dissatisfaction.

The extended meeting has also decided on the issue of the party's central president Ravi Lamichhane, who is in prison for cooperative fraud. The meeting has demanded that his case be brought to a speedy conclusion, insisting on the previous belief that there has been political vendetta against Ravi. 'We demand that the courts bring the cases used as a tool of political vendetta to a conclusion through a fair, independent and speedy judicial process.' We believe that only such judicial impartiality and speedy hearing can re-establish public faith in democracy and the rule of law,' the press release states. story It has been decided to hold the party's general convention six months after the elections. The extended meeting of the central committee was attended by members of the central committee, the central advisory council, office bearers of the central commission, officials of the central department, central organization department, provincial officials and secretariat, and provincial department heads.
