Police arrested four youths on Thursday on charges of harassing passengers at the Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-10 bus park. The four youths were arrested for forcibly dragging the bags and hands of passengers and trying to force them into vehicles.
Those arrested are Rohan Kumar Bhujel, 23, of Kolhabi Municipality-2, Bara, Suraj Kumar, 19, of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-10, Sushant Tamang, 30, of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-1, and Jeevan Thokar, 35, of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-11.
They were arrested and charged with indecent behavior for forcing passengers into vehicles at the bus park and harassing them, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Pushkar Bogati, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Makawanpur.
