Due to the rains since Kartik 13, the road has been completely blocked due to landslides including rocks and mud at places along the highway including Chowkidanda, Dalabesi, Narke, Charsay Besi, Ghumaune, etc., informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabin Bista, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Kavre. According to him, the highway has been completely blocked since Friday morning due to rock falls and landslides including rocks and mud at various places along the highway due to the rains. He said that it will take time to remove the road blockages and open the road due to the continuous rains. The police have requested that people travel only after understanding the road conditions.
