Seven vehicles have collided head-on on the Narayangadh-Muglin road, injuring 21 people, according to Chitwan Police.
At 7:30 am on Saturday morning, a truck with the number Na 8 Kha 6629 coming from Mugling towards Narayangadh and a bus with the number Ba 4 Kha 7420 coming from the opposite direction, behind the bus, a teller with the number Na 7 Kha 9607, behind the EV Micro with the number Ba.Pr. 06-001 Ga 0484, behind the bus with the number Ga 2 Kha 1626, behind the Bolero with the number Na 3 Cha 3256, behind the car with the number B AB 8470 collided.
The road was immediately blocked in both directions after the collision. It was reopened to traffic after 9 am. All the injured have been rescued and so far 13 people are being treated at National City Hospital, 4 at New Medical College Bharatpur and 4 at Janata Care Hospital, DSP Ravindra Khanal said.
