A person has died after being attacked by a bear in Mirge Thade, Baityashwar Rural Municipality-3, Dolakha.

Police have said that 59-year-old Tek Bahadur Tamang, who had gone to cut grass, died in a bear attack on Thursday morning. 

Locals have been terrified due to the recent bear attack in Baitshwar-3 Mirge.

More than 4 people have been injured in bear attacks in this area in the past two months.
