Belmaya pleaded for help from Nepali people in the country and abroad after she ran out of money after undergoing treatment in various hospitals for the past 8 years after both kidneys failed.
Belmaya Moktan Tamang, a 39-year-old kidney patient from Tadi Rural Municipality-3 Prabhudanda, Nuwakot, has asked for help in her treatment.
After both kidneys failed, she was treated in various hospitals for the past 8 years, and when she ran out of money, she pleaded for help from Nepalis in the country and abroad. Belmaya passed through Veer Hospital, Teaching Hospital and is currently undergoing treatment at Chirayu Hospital in Basundhara.
Belmaya, who returned from working in Iraq for almost 11 years, has started collecting support after all the money she earned there was spent on treatment. Ramesh Tamang of the campaign informed that support is being collected through the 'Belmaya Moktan Tamang Bachau Campaign' as the family's financial situation is weak. Tamang said that 1 lakh 63 thousand 519 rupees has been received till Sunday. He asked anyone interested in helping
