Two people on a motorcycle were injured when a landslide with stones fell on the Chakhola section of the Panchkhal-Dolalghat road under the Araniko highway.
At 11:30 am on Tuesday morning, when a landslide with stones fell in Chakhola located in Bhumlu rural municipality ward number-10 of Kavre According to District Traffic Police Office Kavre, two persons were injured on the motorcycle number 75 P 5095 which was going from Panchkhaal towards Dolalghat. According to chief police inspector Sunil Dhanju of
office, the injured are 41-year-old Prem Bahadur Shrestha and his 10-year-old daughter Premka Shrestha of Sindhupalchok district's Tripurasundari rural municipality ward number-5.
Dhanju informed that they are being treated at Dhulikhel Hospital and their condition is moderate. According to him, there is no disruption in traffic operations on the highway as the landslide is normal.
