After the 22 km Nepalthok-Chowkidanda road of Nepalthok-Dhulikhel section of BP highway was damaged due to floods and landslides in Rosikhola, the Sindhuli administration has requested to use an alternative road to travel to Kathmandu.

According to Sindhuli administration, the Sindhuli administration can use Madan Bhandari highway via Sindhulimadi via Hetaunda via Kathmandu and Sindhulimadi via Khurkot via Sunkosi river, Manthali in Ramechhap, Charikot in Dolakha and Araniko highway.

As it will take a few days to open the temporary track on the Nepalthok-Chowkidanda road of the BP highway, the administration has suggested to use an alternative route. 110 km road traffic from Bardiwas-Sindhuli-Nepalthok is open.

Hetaunda is only 120 km from Sindhulimadi. Dineshsagar Bhusal, the chief district officer of Sindhuli, has asked the passengers and drivers to inquire with the traffic police and travel.

Prazia Bhusal informed that after inspecting the road that was damaged by the floods and landslides in Roshi, discussions have started with the technicians to start construction of the temporary road. gave
