Work is being done to clear the Kanti Lokpath, which has been blocked due to landslides for three days, at a fast pace to bring it into operation.
District Police Office Makwanpur has informed that landslide removal is being done by using three dozers in Bagaiya Rural Municipality-11, Ghattepakha under Kanti Lokpath. Kanti Lokpath will also be put into operation after clearing the three big landslides that fell on the road from Thingan to Bagua.
After the Kanti Lokpath comes into operation, four road routes entering Kathmandu from Hetaunda will be fully operational. Earlier, three roads were already in operation. Kanti Lokpath was closed from Saturday morning.
