Due to the high water flow in the Roshi River due to rain, there is a possibility of flooding, so the traffic operation on the highway has been suspended.
Traffic has been suspended on the BP highway. Chief District Officer Umesh Kumar Dhakal informed that traffic operations on the BP highway in the district have been suspended in view of the possibility of increased risk of floods and landslides due to continuous rain.
According to him, due to the rains, the flow of water in the Roshi River is high and there is a possibility of flooding, so the traffic operation on the highway has been suspended.
'Traffic operation has been suspended on BP highway in the district from Kavrevanjyang to Nepalthok since 9 am,' he said, 'Traffic operation on the highway has been suspended until further notice.'
