An old lady has died due to a motorcycle collision in Makwanpur. 73-year-old Sukumaya Gole of Makwanpurgarhi Rural Municipality-5 Simaltar was killed in a collision with a motorcycle numbered Ba 53 P 241 which was coming from Jamire Khola on Vasudev Marg, Makwanpur's inner road.

Gole was injured when she was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the road. He was taken to the old medical college in Chitwan for treatment. District Police Office Makwanpur said that he was taken to Makwanpur Cooperative Hospital in Hetauda where he died on Tuesday night during treatment.

20-year-old Samir Ghalan, a motorcycle driver, has been detained by the police.
