The road has been blocked due to a landslide on the Prithvi Highway in Gajuri Rural Municipality-5 Galaudi. Subas Hamal, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office informed that the highway was blocked after the landslide occurred around 5:30 in the evening.
The place where the landslide occurred is about 1.5 km east of the police station Gajuri. The police have been mobilized to clear the road.
It is said that 10 people have been deployed under the command of Deputy Superintendent of Police Vikas Thapa and the work of removing landslides is going on using dozers.
