A pedestrian has died due to a motorcycle collision in front of Jaleshwar Mandir located in Jamir, Manhari Rural Municipality-9 of Makwanpur on East-West Highway. During treatment, the pedestrian died on Wednesday morning.
46-year-old Paramjyoti Devi Chowdhury of Rautahat's Gadhimai Municipality-4 was injured on Tuesday by a motorcycle number 3-02-006 P 1980 coming from Manhari towards Hetauda market.
He was immediately taken to the old medical college Bharatpur Chitwan for treatment. Makwanpur police said that he died during treatment. The motorcyclist, 21-year-old Aswayas Pudasaini and the rear passenger, 46-year-old Bhagwati Pudasaini, were injured.
The injured are mother and son. The injured Bhagwati is being treated at Chitwan Hospital. The driver Pudasaini is under the control of the local police office Manhari after treatment.
