On Monday, the team headed by Chairman Subhash Chandra Baral went to submit a memorandum to Home Minister Ramesh Ukhar on behalf of the association and said that the attack and misbehavior happened because they did not donate to any particular party.
Engineer Shalikram Lamsal, who is the head of Khairhani Napi office, was abused inside the office on Tuesday afternoon on July 27th. The majority of the CPN took responsibility for the incident. On the same day, Chitwan police arrested CPN majority Chitwan secretary Dhrub Khadka on the charge of being involved in the
incident. The association claims that the attack took place due to non-payment of donations.
