The Dhadingbensi Malekhu road connecting the district headquarters Dhadingbensi with the Prithviraj highway has been blocked by landslides.

In Neelkanth Municipality-8 Sanghutar, the road was completely blocked due to a landslide that fell from the road. Traffic has been stopped in that area now.

Prakash Shrestha, Ward President of Municipality-8 informed that a landslide has occurred again at the place where a landslide occurred last year. He said that stones and trees fell on the road along with the landslide, so there was an immediate problem in opening the traffic.

Landslides have been falling near Dhadingbensi since a few years ago, but there has been no attempt to control them. At present, most areas of the district are experiencing heavy rains, so it is requested to be cautious.
