Makwanpur police arrested two youths from Hetaunda with brown heroin. Those arrested are 22-year-old Samir Moktan of Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-1 and Dhanusha Ganeshman, 24-year-old Siddharth Alemgar of Charnath municipality-4 and resident of Hetaunda-10.

Both of the arrested persons have been remanded by the Makwanpur District Court Hetounda and are proceeding with further investigation and action in the drug crime case, the police said.
