The Hetaunda-Bhimfedi-Kulekhani-Fakhel road section of the short distance road entering Kathmandu from Hetaunda has been blocked by a landslide near the Mahalakshmi river.

Indrasarovar Rural Municipality-4 The road was blocked due to a landslide on Sunday afternoon near Mahalakshmi river.

Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson Shyamu Aryal of District Police Office Makwanpur said that the Fakhel-based police team and local residents are avoiding landslides to open the road. "It will take 2-3 hours to remove the landslide," he said.
