The meeting of the Nepali Congress parliamentary party has started in Bagmati province. A meeting was called to discuss the dispute after a no-confidence motion was filed against the party leader.

After the motion of no confidence was filed, the meeting was called on Monday as well, but it was adjourned. 21 MPs of the Congress signed and filed a motion of no confidence against the leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party and Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama. Today, this number has reached 22 with the signing of the resolution by the Minister of Water Supply, Shyam Bahadur Khadka, resigning from his post.

5 Congress ministers have resigned from the Bagmati state government. Congress central member Rajendra Kumar KC has reached Hetauda to resolve the dispute after the no-confidence motion was filed against Chief Minister Lama.
