District Police Office Kavre has arrested 5 people for playing online gambling. On Monday, the police arrested 5 people who were playing online gambling while staying at a hotel called Naldum Village Resort and Green Peace Restaurant in Nagarkot, Mandandeupur Municipality-2 of the district.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Min Bahadur Ghale informed that 32-year-old Digaj Nakarmi of Bhaktapur Municipality-8 Ematol, 28-year-old Sanjiv Kushi of 4 Kamal Binayak, 24-year-old Roshan Prajapati of the same, 29-year-old Alice Kusham of Suryavinayak Municipality-7 Katunje and 21-year-old Rajan Maharjan of Kathmandu-16 Shantinagar informed.

According to him, 5 laptops and 18 mobile phones have been recovered from them. The police said that necessary investigation is being done on this matter.
