Bagmati Province Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama (Tamang) has left for UK. Chief Minister Lama went there on Wednesday for personal work. Chief Private Secretary Chhatra Lama has also gone to UK with him.

According to the Secretariat of Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama, he will stay in the UK for a week. Personal Secretary Rajendra Phuyal informed that he will meet relatives and participate in programs of Nepali organizations during the visit.

Meanwhile, Bagmati Province Chief Deepak Prasad Devkota has given the responsibility of Acting Chief Minister to Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Prakash Shrestha from today. Provincial Chief Devkota informed that Minister Shrestha has been given the responsibility of Acting Chief Minister till Chief Minister Lama returns as he is going out of the country for personal work.
