Makwanpur District Court has sentenced a young man to 15 years of imprisonment for transporting opium.
The court has ordered a fine of Rs 5 lakh to that young man. The court has also ordered the confiscation of the motorcycle used in opium transportation.

Police arrested Chanda Bahadur from Manhari rural municipality Simpani with 2 kg 530 grams of opium on 10th Chait 2081 . He had hidden opium on a motorcycle and brought it . Moktan is now in Bhimfedi Jail .
