Vigu rural municipality-1 of Dolakha has flooded Gongar river, a tributary of Tamakosi river. After the rain in the area on Thursday afternoon, there was a flood in the steep Gongar River.
Due to the large flood, the administration has requested the residents around the river to be cautious. Chief District Officer of Dolakha Shivram Gelal said - 'We have asked the people around to be cautious. The flood in Gongar River is much less now than before.'
Locals say that there may have been a landslide in the upper area of the Gongar River and a flood including Ledo.
