The body of the driver who died after an Indian lorry truck overturned in Hetounda sub-metropolis-15 Ratomate under the East-West highway has been removed.

Mahendra Yadav, a 45-year-old driver from Gazipur, India, was crushed to death when the lorry truck No. UP 61 AT 0962 carrying coal for Riddhisiddhi Cement Industry located in Hetaunda-15 from Banaras broke down and died. His body was pulled out by two cranes.

In the accident, Manoj Yadav, 26 years old from Ghazipur, India  Injured . Shyamu Aryal, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson of Makwanpur District Police Office, said that he is being treated at Hetaunda Hospital.

On Tuesday morning at 2:30 a.m. near the charging station in Ratomate, the truck overturned due to brake failure.
