A shopkeeper has been arrested for selling and distributing brown heroin.
Bakaiya rural municipality-4 of Makwanpur Police arrested 40-year-old Amod Basnet of Bakaiya Enterprises in Jureli Bazar with brown heroin.
While searching the corner of the store, they found 1 digital scale and 1 gram of 740 milligrams of brown heroin wrapped in plastic in a carton of beer placed in the corner, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson of District Police Office Makwanpur Shyamu Aryal said. Aryal says that he got information that brown heroin was being sold to local youth from that shop.
