The Narayangadh-Muglin road blocked by dry landslides has been opened after the landslides were removed. The road was blocked on Tuesday afternoon.
With the removal of the landslide, the road was opened in both directions from 4:30 in the afternoon, said Engineer Krishna Acharya, Information Officer of the Divisional Road Office of Bharatpur. Ichchakamana rural municipality-5 near Tuin River, a dry landslide fell from above on the road. This road is the main road connecting the capital Kathmandu and the tourist city Pokhara with the eastern and western parts of the country. But every year during the dry season, landslides are a problem.
