One thousand women have benefited from the free health check-up camp related to women's uterus and breast cancer screening held on Saturday at the city hospital located in Bahrbise municipality-9 of the district. The camp was conducted with the technical support of Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital in collaboration with Saathi Foundation Nepal, Bahrbise Municipality and Electro Power Company.

According to Baldev Timalsina, Chairman of Saathi Foundation and former General Minister of the Indian Union, about 300 women's samples were taken out of the 1,000 tested. In the camp, it is expected that the risk groups with hidden symptoms of cancer can be identified.  Acting Executive Director of Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital in the

General health examination, video x-ray, breast and uterus screening and other services were provided to the participating women. 371 women participating in the test have been diagnosed with various health problems, while 7 women have serious problems related to the uterus, so further treatment has been recommended. Some health materials were also handed over to the city hospital.
