A girl has died due to scorpion sting in Makwanpur.

8-year-old Asmita Waiba of Makwanpur Bakaiya Rural Municipality-7 Mainatar died after being stung by a scorpion on Thursday night. .  

She was injured when a scorpion stung her left waist while taking a shower and dressing at home. He was brought to Hetaunda Hospital for treatment. Shyamu Aryal, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesman of Makwanpur District Police Office, said that he died during treatment on Thursday night. It is assumed that there are scorpions in the clothes. His body has been kept in Hetaunda Hospital.
