The police have arrested those who made and sold gold jewelery illegally.

Kavrepalanchok district's  Based on the information that the Mankamana Jewelers and Making Center operated by renting the house of Adiratna Shakya in Banepa Municipality Ward No. 7 was illegally making and selling different types of gold jewelry, the team of Deputy Superintendent of Police Meen Bahadur Ghale also conducted a search. 

When the police searched the house, the owner of the jeweler, Dipankar Maiti, 47, resident of Paswai Gram Panchayat Daspur Police Station, Madanpur District, West Bengal State, India  678.83 grams of gold looking yellow metal ornaments from room, Indian rupees 25 thousand 310  And Deputy Superintendent of Police Meen Bahadur Ghale informed that one lakh twenty one thousand five Nepali rupees were seized.

According to him, 23.080 grams of what appears to be a piece of gold-like metal from 30-year-old Suman Sasmol of West Bengal Medinipur Nizampur house and resident of Panchkhaal Municipality Ward No. 4, 327.750 grams of silver-like metal from the room of 38-year-old Rishikesh Godse of Banepa Municipality Ward No. 7 of Jotbhansam House, 22-year-old Vijay Ghorai of the same place and 38-year-old Deepankar of the same place of Palaspai House. Sau has been arrested.
