The Kantilokpath, which was blocked by the rains, has become one-way operational.

Kantilokpath was completely closed due to the flooding of the Bagmati river due to the rain that fell on Sunday night and the humpipes of the diversion were swept away.

Hetaunda District Police Office has informed that arrangements have been made for one-way movement of small vehicles (cars, jeeps, scorpions and motorcycles) from the under-construction bridge at Baguwa on the Kantilokpath road section.

Big vehicles were stopped from coming and going until diversion was made in the Bagmati River  is Bhimfedi-8 of Makwanpur and Bagmati Rural Municipality-2 were carrying out bridge maintenance on Bagmati River, so vehicles were coming and going from the diversion.

Kantilokpath was also blocked on Baisakh 21 due to diversion.
