Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city - 4 A passenger on a motorcycle has died due to a collision between a truck and an auto in Karra.

The motorcyclist was injured. Sitaram Vick, 58, of Padampokhari-12, who was riding behind the motorcycle, was hit by an unmarked car coming from Pashupatinagar, along with a 12-wheeler empty truck of No. 6 B 137, which was hit by an unmarked car coming from Hetaunda Bazar towards Pashupatinagar. During his treatment, he died at Hetounda Hospital on Saturday night. 

The injured motorcycle driver Raj Vick and the deceased Sitaram are father and son. The truck and truck driver, Saroj Shrestha, 37, of Tanahun Beas Municipality-5, have been taken into police custody, according to the District Police Office, Hetaunda. The police said that they are searching for the car and the driver. The car ran away after hitting the motorcycle.
