The highway has been blocked since 7 am when a truck carrying coal overturned at Tuinkhola on the Narayangadh-Muglin road section.
According to Muglin of Ela police office, the highway was blocked when the truck carrying coal got out of control and overturned.
There was no human loss in the accident. The accident site is two kilometers west-south from Muglin.
