The 'Ghar Banya Mela' has started in Narayangadh from Thursday, with the exhibition of materials required for house construction and counseling on other necessary matters. The fair, which was inaugurated by Forest and Environment Minister of Bagmati Province, Krishna Silwal, will continue till Saturday.
The fair was jointly organized by S One Homes and V Group, a group of young businessmen. Real estate transactions and building construction are increasing in Chitwan. "We have organized such a fair for the first time in Chitwan with the aim of providing information on various aspects of real estate selection and house construction," said Vipin Kandel, coordinator of the fair. There are 30 stalls in the fair. Kandel said that where the materials needed for the construction of the house from the design of the house and the materials needed for the house even after construction are kept.
He also says that he will give advice from experts to inform about the government rules and standards regarding house construction and purchase of buildings. He says that facilities for buying and selling real estate will also be available at the fair. The number of people going abroad from Chitwan and Nepal is increasing. Many people have the desire to build houses like abroad. "We give proper advice on house construction to those who are in such a state of mind," he said.
Suraj Neupane of S One Homes said that the fair was organized with the aim of providing information on building a suitable house at a reasonable cost and time. Everyone thinks of building a good house once in their life. But the lack of knowledge and experience about this increases the cost and time unnecessarily. The quality of the house is not there. To eliminate these issues, we will inform about many aspects related to house construction in this fair," he said.
The stalls of construction professionals and companies, construction materials industry and sellers, banks, engineering consultancy, and engineering art are in the fair. Samples prepared by the students of Rampur's engineering college have also been placed in the exhibition. Organizers expect 10,000 people to visit the fair for three days. Organizer Kandel said that the fair was organized in coordination with Chitwan Industry and Commerce Association and Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality.
