A laborer died after being crushed by a tree while cutting a tree in Makwanpur. District Police Office Makwanpur said that 46-year-old Dilkumar Limbu, a resident of Ilam Municipality-9, died while cutting a tree under the contract of Surya Kiran Community Forest in Deuzor, Bagmati Rural Municipality-3.
Limbu was cut when the tree fell on him while cutting the tree . The police said that he died on the spot.
Suryakiran Community Forest had contracted the cutting of old and old trees.
