Sridhar Pokharel, party president of UML Makwanpur, was injured in a scooter accident in Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-5.
Hetaunda-5 in front of Pushpalal Park (inner road section) while coming from Kamaldand towards Hetaunda Q.3-03-001 p. 5807 no. 62-year-old Pokharel of Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-4 was injured when his scooter suddenly brake failed (uncontrolled).
He is being treated at Hetaunda Hospital. Seeing that Pokharel's head, forehead and right hand were injured, the locals rescued him and brought him to Hetaunda Hospital Makwanpur for treatment.
He has been kept in the ICU for treatment, the police said.
