Two people died in a car accident on Friday morning on Makwanpurgadhi-2 Dharampani road under Kantilokpath. 11 passengers were injured in the accident.

The deceased are 50-year-old Nilamdevi Raut of Rautahat Durga Bhawani Rural Municipality-5 and 13-year-old Manusi Magar of Sarlahi Bagmati.

The bodies of the dead were found only after morning light . The vehicle had an accident at 1 o'clock on Friday night. 5 injured people are being treated at Hetaunda Hospital and 6 people are being treated at the cooperative hospital in Hetaunda.

B.P.01-006 B 7072 electric vehicle coming from Kathmandu towards Hetaunda fell down the road and had an accident. The police suspect that the speeding vehicle fell off the curve. 

Shyamu Aryal, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson of District Police Office Makwanpur, said that the vehicle fell down about 200 meters from the road. The vehicle is completely damaged. Driver Sarlahi Bagmati Rural Municipality-5 29  A year old Kamal Bahadur Darlami is also injured. He is being treated under police supervision.
