Two people died in separate accidents in Chitwan. 10 people were injured in a jeep accident in Sauraha while they were going on a jungle safari.
Chitwan SP Rajan Limbu informed that 25-year-old Lalbabu Paswan of Sakhuwa Prasauni Municipality-2 in Parsa died when he was hit by a car near Sapkota Chowk of Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality-4 at 5 am on Monday.
According to him, the car number Ba Pr 06-001 Ch 0349 hit the pedestrian Paswan was given. Paswan, who was seriously injured, died in the Bharatpur government hospital during treatment.
Likewise, 64-year-old Keshav Bahadur Akhray of Khairhani-1 died when an Indian truck UP 40T 3956 hit him at Simaltandi Chowk in Khairhani Municipality-9 on East West Mahendra Highway on Sunday evening. The truck hit the motorcycle number 44 p 1358 driven by the employee. During the treatment of a seriously injured employee, the old medical college died at the teaching hospital in Bharatpur.
Similarly, 10 people in the jeep were injured when a jeep going on a jungle safari overturned in the tourist area of Sauraha. According to the police, the domestic tourists who came to visit Sauraha were injured when the jeep numbered Na 4 Ch 3355 ran out of control and overturned. Three of the injured are seriously injured while others are in normal condition. Three injured people have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
