And Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh has requested to proceed within the scope of the Federal Democratic Republic Constitution issued by the Constituent Assembly. Addressing the opening ceremony of the Health Chowki Building, Balmaitri Ward announcement and administrative building opening ceremony held in Namobuddha Municipality-1 of Kavre on Sunday, he made it clear that nothing will be achieved by going against the constitution.
He said, 'The issues that are not understood can be raised through methods and procedures,' he said, 'The constitution can be amended, but it should be done within its limits.' Mentioning that the rights that were lost in 2017 were obtained through a 30-year long struggle, he said that the current rights were not obtained easily, but were obtained as a result of the struggle. Reminding that the rights of the citizens were not only suppressed in the authoritarian system, but also the development was stopped, he claimed that the country is moving forward with the speed of development after the republic.
He emphasized that while building a city, attention should be paid not only to the beauty but also to the services and facilities needed by the citizens.
Informing that modern healthcare services are being expanded in all 11 wards of Namobuddha, he emphasized that quality healthcare services should be provided from each ward to make citizens healthy.
The municipality has informed that administrative buildings have been built in all 11 wards of Namobuddha.
