An old man has died after being hit by a scooter in Hetaunda sub-metropolis-16 Gurdhamchowk on the Dharan-Chatra road section.

Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-18 Anirudra Bastakoti, 76 years old, died in a collision with a scooter of B.P.03-04 P.9526 No. coming from Boludamar towards Hatia. Bastakoti, a pedestrian who was injured after being hit by a scooter on Thursday night, was referred to Chitwan in Bharatpur by Hetaunda Hospital for treatment. The police said that he died on Friday morning during treatment at CMC Hospital in Chitwan.
