The police have arrested seven people, including four young women, on the charge of murdering 37-year-old Milan Dangal of Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-16.
Among those arrested are 36-year-old Prashant Lama of Makwanpur Bakaiya Rural Municipality-3, Lalitpur Godavari 24-year-old Kisan Dani of Municipality-12, Inisha Timalsena, 19-year-old of Bara Nijgarh Municipality-3. Similarly, Makwanpur Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city of 15 19-year-old Sushmita Tamang, 20-year-old Sharmila Muktan of Sindhuli Marine Rural Municipality, 19-year-old Rosina Tamang of Sindhuli and 28-year-old Sujan Paudel of Hetaunda-16 have been arrested.
Dangal's body was found in the drain of Hetaunda-Dharan Chatra road in Bhuwanchuli-8, Bagati Rural Municipality of Makwanpur on Wednesday morning. His body was lying in the drain. There is also a hotel in Bhuvanchuli and the police have arrested and investigated them on the suspicion that they may have killed him due to a fight.
The police is conducting further investigation by taking a 7-day permission from the Makwanpur District Court Hetaunda in the crime case related to life.
