Makwanpur police arrested 2 people with illegal drug brown heroin. Those arrested are 40-year-old Kum Bahadur Ale of Bharatpur Metropolitan City 16 in Chitwan and 32-year-old Deepak Periyar of Bharatpur 4. The police found 57 grams of 320 milligrams of brown heroin with them.
They were arrested while checking the EV vehicle No. B.P.06-001 J 0071 coming from Birgunj towards Hetaunda on Hetaunda-15 Ratomate under the East-West Highway.
Based on the suspicion, when their bodies were searched, brown heroin was found in a hidden state, the spokesman of the District Police Office, Makwanpur, Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal informed. Spokesperson Aryal said that the two arrested with drugs have been extended the deadline by the Makwanpur district court and the necessary investigation process has been started.
