A young man has died due to electrocution while fishing with electric current in Lothar river in Manhari of Makwanpur.

Makwanpur Kailash Rural Municipality-4 house   In Manhari rural municipality-6 new settlement of relatives  31 -year-old Indralal, who was living in Moktan's Lothar River, was electrocuted while fishing with an electric current. The injured Moktan died on Friday at the old medical college in Bharatpur during treatment.

During the investigation of the cause of death by the police, it was revealed that Moktan was electrocuted when he tried to catch fish by hooking up an electric wire to the house.

Manhari police during the investigation revealed that Moktan was electrocuted when he was going to fish in the river after connecting the electric wire to his house. "First Moktan's relatives and neighbors were afraid and reported wrongly," said Vishal Sapkota, police inspector of the area police office Manhari, "During further investigation, it was revealed that he was electrocuted when he was going to fish with an electric current." 

Now neighbors and relatives also say that they got electrocuted when they tried to connect the wire for fishing. Moktan had been staying at a relative's house in Naya Basti for some time.
