The old construction company has returned to repair the Mude-Charikot section under Lamosanghu-Jiri road. After the Lamosanghu-Jiri road improvement project has been stalled for 8 years, the contract was terminated in Chaitra last year and the Nepali construction company Shankar Mali and Sunaulo Khimti were blacklisted along with Indian Sakil Haider.

In 2072, that company took the contract of Mude-Charikot 30 km road improvement for 70 crores in JV.

The construction company filed a case in the district court of Kathmandu for breaking the contract when the work was completed. In that case, the court decided in favor of the project for breaking the contract and awarded about 300 million damages  It was also decided to wear it. But the construction company appealed to the High Court to overturn the decision of the District Court. According to which, the construction side has returned to work after the Supreme Court gave an interim order not to take damages and not to blacklist the old construction company.

The Lomasanghu-Jiri road improvement project was canceled after breaking the contract. Mude-Charikot Road Division Road Office Charikot was entrusted with maintenance and maintenance for traffic operation.  Even though the construction company has been working vigorously for 5 days after the High Court's verdict, the government agencies do not know . 

Despite repeated pressure to work, the disputed Mude-Charikot section has been stalled for 9 years . State MP Bharat Bahadur KC said that even though the construction company has started work, the government official to check the quality has not come to the construction site. "Locals have complained that they are going to build a road that has been repaired in its old condition," he said. Ravindra Khadka, the representative of

construction company, claimed that he is working by informing the road department and other agencies about the High Court's decision. "We have sent a letter to all agencies that we have come to work after the decision of the Supreme Court," he said.

Lomasanghu-Jiri road improvement project is under consideration after the road contract was broken, the project has been removed and a road improvement and development planning office has been established in Ramechhap. Chief Ishwar Karki said that no written letter has come to the office about what to do after the decision of the High Court. "In the past, we were looking at the construction of this road, but the project was closed after the contract was broken," he said, "because of our opposition, the department may be preparing a response to a higher decision." The department has not sent any letter to look at the road. He said that the decision letter came to the office from the construction company. He says that since no letter has come from the department to coordinate in the office, they cannot go to the monitoring without authority. The new contract process has been confused after the decision was made to work with the old contractor after the division road office invited bids of 4 crores in the first phase and 10 crores in the second phase for the construction of Mude-Charikot section . Amit Kumar Shrestha, Head of Divisional Road Office Charikot, said that an agreement of 4 crores has been made with the construction company for road maintenance. He says that the next bid of 10 crores will be opened in a few days. "We are discussing with the department about what to do with the contract we made after the old contractor starts work," he said.
