Makwanpur police arrested 2 people with illegal drug brown heroin. Those arrested are 24-year-old Rupesh Ghalan, resident of Makwanpurgarhi Rural Municipality-4 and currently camping in Hetaunda-1 Chowkitol and 21-year-old Elisa Thing, resident of Manhari Rural Municipality-2 and camping in Chowkitol.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal said that 3 grams of 310 mg of brown heroin was found with them. He said that 3 grams of 310 mg of brown heroin was found hidden in the sleeve of the hoodie worn by Elisa during the inspection of the bus No. 02-001 B 4147 coming from Birganj to Hetaunda at the Hetaunda-15 Ratomate check post under the East-West Highway.
District Police Office Makwanpur has informed that the arrested Ghalan and Thing have been given an extension of 7 days from the Makwanpur District Court.
